- Protein powder30 g
- Cinnamon2 g
- Chili powder1 g
Instructions

Combine the oats, milk or water, cinnamon, chili powder, and a pinch of salt in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan.

If using a microwave, heat on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until thickened to desired consistency. If using a saucepan, bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until fully combined and smooth. If it becomes too thick, add a splash more milk or water.
