Onion30 g
Bell pepper30 g

Chili powder2 g
Cumin1 g
Garlic powder0.5 g
Salt0.5 g
Salsa30 g
Avocado40 g

Instructions

Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

While the beef cooks, finely chop the onion and bell pepper.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan with the beef. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk briefly. Pour the eggs into the pan with the beef and vegetables.

Reduce heat to medium-low and scramble gently until the eggs are cooked through but still moist, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat. Serve the scramble topped with salsa and sliced or diced avocado.
