Cooked chicken breast, diced100 g
Sweet potato, diced small150 g
Canned black beans, rinsed and drained80 g
Red onion, finely chopped20 g
Bell pepper (any color), diced30 g
Olive oil5 ml
Chili powder3 g
Cumin2 g
Salt1 g
Black pepper0.5 g
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)5 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add diced sweet potato, red onion, and bell pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir in the cooked chicken, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring, until everything is heated through and spices are fragrant.
