Spinach100 g
Onion30 g

Cumin3 g
Chili powder3 g

Black pepper0.5 g
Canned kidney beans80 g

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground beef and brown, breaking it up with a spoon, for about 8 minutes.

Drain off any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
