Corn Tortillas60 g
Onion30 g
Bell Pepper30 g

Chili Powder2 g
Cumin1 g
Salt1 g
Pepper0.5 g

Instructions

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips (about 1 cm thick). Finely mince the onion and bell pepper (about 1 cm pieces). (10 minutes)

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and mostly cooked through.

Add the minced onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the chicken. Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 4 minutes, stirring, until vegetables are slightly softened and chicken is fully cooked.

Warm the corn tortillas according to package directions (typically 1-2 minutes in a dry skillet or microwave). (2 minutes)
