Buckwheat flakes50 g
Protein powder30 g
Milk200 ml
Apple100 g
Sunflower seeds15 g
Cinnamon2 g

Instructions

Measure the buckwheat flakes, protein powder, milk, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon.

Wash and dice the apple into small pieces (4 minutes).

Combine buckwheat flakes, milk, diced apple, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan.

Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through, or simmer gently on the stove for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the protein powder until fully dissolved and the porridge is creamy (1 minute).
