Quick Black Bean and Chicken Quesadilla

- Whole wheat tortilla40 g
- Black beans70 g
- Chili powder1 g

- Cilantro2 g
- Lime juice3 ml
Instructions

In a small bowl, mash the black beans slightly with a fork. Stir in the shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, and salt.

Lay the tortilla flat. Spread the bean and chicken mixture over half of the tortilla. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the mixture.
