Whole Wheat Flour60 g
Skim Milk150 ml
Egg White2 large
Baking Powder1 tsp
Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp
Mixed Berries100 g
Almond Butter1 tbsp

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together protein powder, whole wheat flour, baking powder, egg whites, skim milk, and vanilla extract until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a waffle iron and lightly grease it. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and cooked through (approx. 5-7 minutes).

While waffles cook, rinse and prepare mixed berries.
