- Buckwheat Groats50 g
- Whey Protein Powder40 g
- Skyr100 g
- Mixed Berries50 g
- Water250 ml
Instructions

In a small saucepan, bring 250ml of water to a boil.

Add 50g of buckwheat groats, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes, or until water is absorbed.

Remove from heat and stir in the 40g of whey protein powder until well combined.
