- Protein Powder30 g
- Berries40 g
- Walnuts7.5 g
- Water200 ml
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine 400ml of water and 80g of oats. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat (1 minute).

Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and most of the water is absorbed (5 minutes).

Remove from heat. Stir in 60g of lactose-free protein powder until fully combined and smooth. If too thick, add a splash more water.

Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top each serving with 40g of berries and 7.5g of walnuts.
