Ingredients (Serves 2)

Rolled Oats50 g
Milk150 ml
Whey Protein Powder15 g
Mixed Berries40 g

Instructions

Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency. Stir well.

Step 3: Remove from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder until fully dissolved and no lumps remain.

Step 4: Divide the porridge between two bowls. Top each serving with mixed berries. Serve immediately.
