Protein Powder40 g
Skim Milk150 ml
Peach150 g
Hemp Seeds10 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the oats, skim milk, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency.

While oats are cooking, wash and slice the peach.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the protein powder until fully combined and no lumps remain.

Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with sliced peaches and hemp seeds. Serve immediately.
