Instructions

Finely chop the onion (30 g), bell pepper (30 g), and garlic (5 g). (5 minutes)

Heat olive oil (5 ml) in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef (100 g) and brown, breaking it up with a spoon, for 4-5 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary. (5 minutes)
