Tostada Shell1 g
Refried Beans150 g
Egg50 g
Cheese20 g
Salsa30 g
Chili Powder1 g
Olive Oil5 ml

Instructions

Preheat a small pan over medium heat. Add 5 ml of olive oil.

Carefully crack the egg into the pan and fry for 2-4 minutes until the white is set and the yolk is cooked to your preference.

While the egg fries, gently warm the refried beans in a small pot or microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Place the tostada shell on a plate.

Spread the warm refried beans evenly over the tostada shell.

Slide the fried egg onto the center of the beans.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the egg and beans.

Top with the fresh salsa (prepared beforehand or store-bought) and a pinch of chili powder.
