Instructions

Prepare your ingredients: dice cooked chicken breast (if not already diced) (3 minutes), dice avocado (2 minutes), measure out cooked beans and corn, measure salsa, chop cilantro (3 minutes).

Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat (1 minute). Crack the egg into the pan and fry to your desired doneness (6 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the bowl while the egg cooks: Place the cooked beans and corn in a bowl. Top with diced cooked chicken breast, salsa, and diced avocado.

Carefully place the fried egg on top of the bowl.
