- Feta Cheese30 g
- Olive Oil7.5 g
- Oregano3 g
- Salt1 pinch
- Black Pepper1 pinch
- Rolled Oats60 g
- Vegetable Broth200 ml
- Kalamata Olives15 g
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine rolled oats and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and oats are creamy.

While oats cook, halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the Kalamata olives.
