Vegetable Broth200 ml
Feta Cheese30 g
Kalamata Olives15 g
Cherry Tomatoes50 g
Olive Oil7.5 g
Oregano3 g
Salt1 pinch
Black Pepper1 pinch

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine rolled oats and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and oats are creamy.

While oats cook, halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the Kalamata olives.

Once oats are cooked, stir in half of the feta cheese, sliced olives, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

Drizzle with olive oil and top with the remaining feta cheese before serving.
