Black Beans150 g
Chili Powder5 g
Cumin3 g

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the onion and bell pepper. Rinse and drain the black beans.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned (about 5 minutes).

Step 3: Drain any excess fat. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.

Step 4: Stir in black beans, spinach, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until spinach is wilted and ingredients are heated through. Serve immediately.
