Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon. (1 minute)

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together plant milk and the egg. Grate the apple directly into the wet mixture. (2 minutes)

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix. (1 minute)

4. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour about 60-70 ml of batter per pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter. (6 minutes)
