Lean Ground Turkey120 g
Spinach100 g
Onion30 g
Garlic5 g
Olive Oil12 ml
Whole Grain Bread60 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the bell pepper into strips.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour in the egg whites. Season with salt and pepper. Scramble gently until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.

Serve immediately with a slice of whole grain toast on the side.
