Firm Tofu300 g
Olive Oil0.5 tbsp
Spinach100 g
Bell Pepper50 g
Onion50 g
Garlic2 cloves
Nutritional Yeast2 tbsp
Black Salt0.3 tsp
Turmeric0.3 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp
Whole Wheat Bread30 g

Instructions

Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Crumble the firm tofu into a bowl using your hands or a fork.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, black salt, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and coat the tofu.

Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through and slightly browned.

Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Serve the scramble immediately with a slice of whole wheat bread on the side.
