- Onion50 g
- Tomato70 g
- Bell Pepper70 g
- Ginger-Garlic Paste10 g
- Whole Wheat Flour50 g
- Bell Pepper70 g
- Oil2 ml
- Salt2 g
- Egg120 g
- Cumin Powder1 g
- Coriander Powder2 g
- Turmeric Powder1 g
- Garam Masala1 g
- Cilantro5 g
Instructions

Step 1: For the roti, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a soft dough. Knead for 2 minutes, cover, and let rest.

Step 2: Dice the onion, tomato, and bell pepper. Mince the green chili (if using). Crumble the firm tofu.

Step 3: Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.

Step 4: Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili (if using), and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
