Rye Bread70 g

Instructions

Whisk egg whites and whole egg together in a bowl with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan with the spinach. Cook, stirring gently, until eggs are set but still moist, about 3-4 minutes.
