Zucchini50 g
Tomato50 g
Onion20 g
Garlic5 g
Olive oil10 ml
Fresh parsley5 g
Salt2 g
Black pepper1 g

Instructions

Finely dice the bell pepper, zucchini, tomato, onion, and garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the diced onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the diced tomato and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

While vegetables cook, whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
