- Mushrooms75 g
- Plant-based protein powder15 g
- Nutritional yeast5 g
- Fresh parsley5 g
Instructions

Finely dice the onion (25g) and garlic (5g). Roughly chop the mushrooms (75g) and fresh parsley (5g). (3 minutes)

In a bowl, combine the oats (50g), plant-based protein powder (15g), nutritional yeast (5g), salt (1g), and black pepper (0.5g). Add the plant-based milk (60ml) and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the oats to soften. (5 minutes)

Heat half of the olive oil (2.5ml) in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sauté the diced onion (25g) and garlic (5g) for 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the chopped mushrooms (75g) and cook for another 3 minutes until softened. (5 minutes)

Add the sautéed vegetables and chopped parsley to the oat mixture. Mix thoroughly to form a cohesive batter. (2 minutes)

Form the mixture into two patties. Heat the remaining olive oil (2.5ml) in the same pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. (10 minutes)
