- Millet50 g
- Water100 ml
- Nutritional yeast8 g
- Pumpkin seeds5 g
- Sunflower seeds5 g
Instructions

Rinse the millet under cold water.

In a saucepan, combine the rinsed millet, plant milk, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until the millet is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

While the millet cooks, heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted. Season with a pinch of salt.
