Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the Skyr and whey protein isolate. Stir well until the protein powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

Step 2: Dice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese.

Step 3: Arrange the diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the Skyr mixture.
