- Oat flour30 g
- Olive oil2.5 ml
- Plant-based protein powder35 g
- Baking powder2.5 g
- Berries50 g
- Almonds10 g
- Maple syrup5 ml

In a bowl, combine 60g oat flour, 70g plant-based protein powder, and 5g baking powder. Whisk briefly to combine. (1 minute)

Gradually add 150ml plant-based milk to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms. Do not overmix. (1 minute)

Heat 5ml olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour roughly 60ml of batter per pancake onto the hot pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter. (6 minutes)
