Onion47 g
Tomato65 g
Bell Pepper47 g

Green Chili5 g
Oil9 ml
Turmeric Powder2 g
Red Chili Powder2 g
Garam Masala2 g
Salt3 g
Cilantro5 g

Instructions

Soak the dry soy chunks in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water. Crumble the paneer.

Finely chop the onion, tomato, bell pepper, ginger, garlic, and green chili.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.

Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green chili. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chopped bell pepper and tomato. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute until aromatic.

Add the soaked and squeezed soy chunks, crumbled paneer, and salt. Mix well.

Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is well combined and slightly dry.
