High-Protein Oatmeal with Apple and Cinnamon

- Whey Protein Powder35 g
- Water200 ml
- Apple75 g
- Cinnamon1 g
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are cooked and most liquid is absorbed.

While oats are cooking, wash and dice the apple into small pieces.

Remove oats from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder and cinnamon until well combined and no lumps remain. If mixture is too thick, add a splash more hot water.
