Plant milk100 ml
Oil4 g
Baking powder2.5 g

Instructions

Slice the apple thinly. Set aside. (2 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, protein powder, and baking powder. (1 minute)

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and plant milk. (1 minute)

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix. (1 minute)

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add half of the oil. (1 minute)

Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes (about 3-4 per batch). Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining oil and batter. (8 minutes)

While the last batch of pancakes cooks, add the sliced apple to the same pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until softened and slightly caramelized, about 3-4 minutes. (3 minutes)
