Bell Pepper100 g
Onion50 g
Olive Oil7 g
Rye Bread80 g

Instructions

Dice the ham, bell pepper, and onion.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add ham, bell pepper, and onion and sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a bowl, whisk together the whole egg and egg whites. Pour into the skillet.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until the eggs are set to your liking.

Serve immediately with rye bread on the side.
