Spinach200 g
Cherry Tomato100 g
Red Onion50 g
Garlic10 g
Feta Cheese80 g
Olive Oil8 ml
Whole Wheat Pita Bread110 g
Dried Oregano1 tsp
Fresh Parsley2 tbsp
Salt0.5 tsp
Black Pepper0.3 tsp

Instructions

Finely chop the red onion and garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in the chopped red onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes. Cook until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

Season with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Crumble the feta cheese over the skillet mixture. Cook for another minute until feta is slightly warmed.

Warm the whole wheat pita bread according to package instructions.
