Skyr380 g
Fig15 g
Pistachio15 g
Protein Powder35 g
Cinnamon0.5 tsp

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine the oats with 200ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the liquid is absorbed. If using, stir in the protein powder until fully dissolved.

While oats are cooking, finely chop the dried figs.

Transfer the cooked oatmeal to a bowl. Top with Skyr, chopped figs, pistachios, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
