- Cooked white rice100 g
- Onion25 g
- Bell pepper (any color)25 g
- Garlic (minced)5 g

- Olive oil8 ml
- Sesame oil3 ml

- Black pepper (freshly ground)0.5 g
- Large eggs2 pcs
- Fresh ginger (grated)5 g
- Soy sauce (dairy-free)10 ml
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
