Water150 ml
Protein powder30 g
Berries100 g
Chia seeds10 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

Step 1 (Prep - 2 minutes): Measure out all ingredients. Wash the berries if fresh. Have your bowls ready.

Step 2 (Cook - 5 minutes): In a small saucepan, combine the buckwheat groats and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until water is mostly absorbed. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 3 (Prep & Assemble - 3 minutes): Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the protein powder until fully dissolved and the porridge is creamy. Divide the porridge evenly into two bowls. Top each serving with the berries and chia seeds. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
