High-Protein Buckwheat Porridge with Apple and Walnuts

- Whey Protein Powder50 g
- Water200 ml
- Apple100 g
- Walnuts20 g
- Cinnamon2 g
Instructions

Step 1: Rinse the buckwheat groats under cold water. In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed buckwheat groats and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
