Sunflower Seed Butter15 g
Chia Seeds4.5 g

Instructions

Step 1: Rinse the buckwheat well under cold water (1 minute).

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the rinsed buckwheat and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes until the water is absorbed and buckwheat is tender.

Step 3: While buckwheat simmers, wash and dice the apple (1 minute).

Step 4: Once buckwheat is cooked, remove from heat. Stir in the protein powder, diced apple, sunflower seed butter, and chia seeds until well combined and creamy (3 minutes).
