High-Protein Breakfast Burrito with Lean Turkey and Avocado

Whole Wheat Tortilla30 g
Ground Turkey100 g
Black Beans50 g
Salsa40 g
Spinach30 g
Avocado75 g
Olive Oil2.5 ml
Cumin0.5 tsp
Chili Powder0.5 tsp
Salt0.3 tsp
Black Pepper0.1 tsp

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Stir in black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Warm tortillas according to package instructions (microwave or pan).

Lay out each tortilla. Divide the turkey and bean mixture, fresh spinach, salsa, and sliced avocado evenly between the two tortillas.

Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them up tightly to form burritos. Serve immediately.
