Mixed Berries100 g
Walnuts10 g
Water200 ml

Instructions

Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine oats and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are cooked and water is absorbed.

Step 2: While oats cook, lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.

Step 3: Remove oats from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder until fully combined and smooth.
