Whey Protein Powder25 g
Mixed Berries40 g

Instructions

Step 1: In a small saucepan, combine the oats and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency. Remove from heat.
