Protein Powder25 g
Berries50 g
Walnuts7.5 g
Chia Seeds5 g
Water200 ml
Cinnamon1 g
Salt0.5 g

Instructions

Step 1: Measure out the oats, protein powder, berries, walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. (2 minutes)

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the oats, water, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and most of the water is absorbed. (5 minutes)

Step 3: Stir in the mixed berries and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the berries are slightly softened. (3 minutes)

Step 4: Remove from heat. Stir in the lactose-free protein powder until fully combined and the oatmeal is creamy. If too thick, add a splash more water. (1 minute)

Step 5: Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top each serving with chopped walnuts and chia seeds before serving. (2 minutes)
