Instructions

Step 2: In a small saucepan, combine the oats, water, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and most of the water is absorbed. (5 minutes)
