High-Protein Berry Oatmeal with Chia Seeds
A warming and protein-packed oatmeal, infused with berries and a hint of cinnamon, providing sustained energy for an active start.
Ingredients
- Oats40 g
- Whey Protein Powder35 g
- Mixed Berries50 g
- Chia Seeds7.5 g
- Water200 ml
- Cinnamon0.5 tsp
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the oats and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and most of the water is absorbed.

Remove from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder, mixed berries, chia seeds, and cinnamon until well combined and protein powder is dissolved. If desired, add a splash more water for desired consistency.

Divide evenly between two bowls and serve immediately.
