Plant Milk150 ml
Mixed Berries40 g

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine rolled oats, vegan protein powder, and plant milk. Whisk well to combine and prevent lumps.

Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency.

Remove from heat. Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top each serving with fresh or frozen mixed berries and a dollop of almond butter. Serve immediately.
