Milk150 ml
Whey Protein Powder40 g
Almond Butter10 g
Mixed Berries50 g

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened (about 3-4 minutes). Alternatively, combine in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the whey protein powder until fully combined. If too thick, add a splash more milk.

Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl. Top with almond butter and mixed berries. Serve immediately.
