- Almond Butter10 g
- Oats35 g
- Whey Protein Powder40 g
- Mixed Berries50 g
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine oats and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened (about 3-4 minutes). Alternatively, combine in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes.
