Oats25 g
Lactose-free milk150 ml
Whey protein isolate25 g
Mixed berries30 g
Walnuts7.5 g
Chia seeds2.5 g
Cinnamon0.5 g

Instructions

In a saucepan, combine oats, lactose-free milk (or water), and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the whey protein isolate until fully dissolved and no clumps remain. If too thick, add a splash more milk or water.

Divide the oatmeal into two bowls. Top each serving with mixed berries, chopped walnuts, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
