Oats40 g
Whey Protein Powder20 g
Milk125 ml
Apple75 g
Walnuts5 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

Step 1: In a saucepan, combine oats and 250ml water (or milk if preferred for creaminess, adjust calories). Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and liquid is absorbed.

Step 2: While oats cook, core and dice the apple. Roughly chop the walnuts.

Step 3: Once oats are cooked, stir in the protein powder, milk, and cinnamon until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk or water.

Step 4: Divide the oatmeal between two bowls. Top with diced apple and chopped walnuts. Serve immediately.
