- Whey Protein Powder22.5 g
- Apple60 g
- Walnuts10 g
- Cinnamon1 g
Instructions

Step 1: Dice the apple into small pieces. Roughly chop the walnuts.

Step 2: In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, and diced apple. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
