Oats50 g
Milk150 ml
Whey Protein Powder22.5 g
Apple60 g
Walnuts10 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

Step 1: Dice the apple into small pieces. Roughly chop the walnuts.

Step 2: In a saucepan, combine oats, milk, and diced apple. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and reached your desired consistency.

Step 4: Remove from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder and cinnamon until well combined. If too thick, add a splash more milk.

Step 5: Divide the oatmeal into two bowls and top with chopped walnuts before serving.
