Oats50 g
Plant Milk250 ml
Protein Powder30 g
Apple100 g
Walnuts15 g
Cinnamon2 g

Instructions

Combine 50 g of oats and 250 ml of plant milk in a small saucepan. Add 1 g of cinnamon.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until thickened to your desired consistency.

While the oatmeal cooks, dice 100 g of apple.

Remove oatmeal from heat. Stir in 30 g of protein powder until fully combined and smooth.

Pour oatmeal into a bowl. Top with the diced apple, 15 g of walnuts, and the remaining 1 g of cinnamon.
