Instructions

Step 1 (2 minutes): Wash the spinach and apple. Core the apple and cut it into rough chunks. Measure out the protein powder, lactose-free milk, chia seeds, and avocado.

Step 2 (3 minutes): Add the lactose-free protein powder, lactose-free milk, apple chunks, spinach, chia seeds, and avocado to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. If too thick, add a splash more lactose-free milk.
