Whey Protein Powder35 g
Apple100 g
Walnuts5 g
Cinnamon1 g

Instructions

Dice the apple into small pieces.

In a small saucepan, combine oats, milk, and half of the diced apple. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and the apple is tender.

Remove from heat. Stir in the whey protein powder until well combined and no lumps remain.

Transfer to a bowl. Top with the remaining diced apple, chopped walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
